Once you reserve your session, you’ll receive a short questionnaire that helps me understand who you are, what you’re hoping for, and how you want your photos to feel.

From there, I’ll guide you through:

  • A beautifully curated session focused on connection and storytelling. From city streets to scenic landscapes or cozy at-home moments, this experience is designed to reflect your relationship naturally and authentically.

    • 1.5-hour session

    • 30+ professionally edited images

    • Up to three outfit changes

    • Two locations (for example: city + nature)

    • Online gallery with print options

    Optional add-ons:

    Proposal coverage, engagement party photography, or wedding package incentives.

  • A streamlined experience for teams looking to kick off the season with professional imagery. Sessions are typically scheduled during practice and include both individual and team portraits.

    • 1-hour session

    • High-quality individual and team portraits

    • Optional custom player posters

Booking + Payment

  • A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your session date

  • The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the session

  • Sessions are not confirmed until the retainer is received

Retainers secure your date and cover planning, preparation, and time reserved exclusively for you.

Rescheduling + Cancellations

• Sessions may be rescheduled with advance notice — a minimum of 24h prior to session

• Retainers are transferable to a new date if rescheduled within the allowed timeframe

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the retainer

Life happens — communication is always appreciated.

Image Delivery + Editing

• Images are delivered via a private online gallery

• All images are professionally edited in a clean, natural style

• Editing does not include heavy retouching unless discussed in advance

• Turnaround time will be shared after your session. Usually within one to two weeks

RAW/Unedited images are not provided.

Prints + Usage

  • Clients receive personal usage rights to downloaded images

  • Prints and products are available directly through your gallery

  • Images may not be altered, filtered, or used commercially without permission

High-quality prints ensure your images look as good on the wall as they do on screen.

Travel + Locations

• Sessions take place outdoors, in-home, or at agreed-upon locations

• Additional travel beyond the local area may incur a fee

• Location recommendations are always available if you need guidance

  • I offer portrait sessions, engagements, seniors/grad, family sessions (including maternity and newborn), and brand imagery. Each session is approached with the same level of care and intention — the focus is always on creating images that feel natural and true to you.

  • Absolutely. Most people feel this way at first. You don’t need to know how to pose or what to do — I’ll guide you throughout the session so everything feels relaxed, comfortable, and unforced.

  • Sessions can take place outdoors, in your home, or at a thoughtfully chosen location we decide on together. I’ll help you choose a setting that fits your vision and feels right for the experience.

  • Once you’re booked, you’ll receive styling guidance to help you choose outfits that photograph beautifully and feel like you. The goal is comfort, confidence, and cohesion — what feels most like you.

  • Weekends and popular times book quickly, so I recommend reserving your session as soon as you have a date in mind. Limited availability helps keep each experience intentional and unrushed.

  • If weather becomes an issue, we’ll reschedule or adjust plans as needed. Flexibility is always built into the process so your experience stays stress-free.

  • You’ll receive a private online gallery after your session with professionally edited, high-resolution images. Delivery timing details depend on the type of session are shared once your session is booked, although are typically within a week or two.

  • A retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your session. This allows me to reserve the time and begin planning your experience. If cancelled within a week, it is fully refundable. After that, I am happy to accommodate a reschedule up to 24 hours prior to the session.

  • Yes, reschedules are allowed with advance notice. Life happens — communication is key, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate when possible.

  • Yes. Your gallery includes options for high-quality prints and products, so your images can live beyond your screen and be enjoyed for years to come.
